Investment in yourself and your health
Therapy, as with all healthcare, we know that a lot more goes into your care than just the time you are in the visit with the provider. It is an investment in your time, financial resources, and effort. Your therapist is equally invested in your care by spending time in research, coordinating with other providers (if necessary), obtaining/maintaining useful certification, and adequately preparing for your session. Therefore, the session rate reflects the therapist’s efforts in and outside of the therapy session.
The Integrative Therapy Spot is considered an Out of Network clinic; thus, we do not accept insurance. We decided to structure our clinic this way to ensure we put the needs of our clients as the priority, instead of navigating the limitations set by insurance companies. We can individually tailor our treatment plans based on what we know are the most effective therapy approaches and interventions to more efficiently meet your goals.
Out of Network
We will generate a “superbill” which is a document that includes your identifiable information, diagnosis code, CPT code, therapist’s professional information, and receipt of payment. Once you have received the superbill, then you will submit a claim to your insurance provider and attach the document.
Note: each person’s OON benefits may be different and may include a deductible and/or varying coverage. At the Integrative Therapy Spot, we commit to assisting you in navigating an OON claim submission and work to troubleshoot any denials/delays in reimbursements.

At the Integrative Therapy Spot we value your time and commitment. Your session is reserved for you. We require a minimum of 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your session.
Exceptions to our policy include acute illness that is unable to switch to a virtual visit and inclement weather conditions. If you cancel/reschedule your session in less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged our late cancellation fee of $120.
If you do not inform the therapist ahead of time and no-show/no-call your scheduled session, then you will be charged the full session fee. We hate this part! Our aim isn’t to collect money without rendering a service to you, so we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as you are able about any conflicts.
